As an early New Year Resolution, I think it is time to get this blog back on the road, so here I go with a goo Ranking survey looking at what sounds women would not want to hear from guys they fancy.

Demographics

goo Rankings asked iBRIDGE’s Research Plus to conduct this survey, where on the 22nd of October 2014 250 female members of their monitor group completed a private internet-based questionnaire. No further demographics were given.

The Japanese-language version of this survey used onomatopoeic terms which have no real English equivalent, so you’ll just have to imagine the sounds as you read them!

My pet hate for women is slurping noodles – I know it’s supposed to be good manners, but I cannot forget my British sensibilities; here’s three women no doubt being excessively noisy:
