If he’s reading my blog, my direct boss does none of these. If he’s not, he does at least 1, 5, 9 and 11.

As well as informing my readers about Japan, I also like to throw in some of my own heritage, here the word bidie-in, a far better word than the clinical cohabitee, the subject of this recent survey from goo Ranking into what people could not stand about their bidie-in.

Looking at the answers, I’m surprised that cosplay came in as low as position 10. Perhaps the problem is that we hope for this:

Cosplay Harajuku 2010 divers 10

But get this:

white lolitas

Or even this:

Note that the score in the results refers to the relative number of votes for each option, not a percentage of the total sample.

Thailand probably comes dead last due to the recent civil unrest being fresh in people’s minds, I suspect. I was surprised to see that South Korea did not feature in the list, although I suppose it doesn’t have a resort image. If I was going on honeymoon again, I’d probably choose New Zealand, especially if starting from Japan.

I fortunately have none in the top 10, although about half of the ones in the bottom 10. Paired glasses would be downright creepy for me – here’s a glasses pair look from Japan (the only pair look of any kind I could find on flickr!) from Coal Miki.

Husbands biggest cause of stress in wives

If some of the comments don’t sound like argument starters, try reading them again in a sarcastic tone!

For me irritating my wife, it’s mostly if I say I’m tired, so she’s got me trained these days to realise I have to keep my mouth shut at these junctures.

The question is implying that it is only the guy’s face that is perfect, as one’s ideal mate would not have faults, obviously! Unfortunately, there’s no answer “I’m not that shallow to choose people on looks alone”.
