goo Ranking took another look at LINE, the chat program that has taken Japan by storm and has featured in many surveys on this site, this time looking at actions by one’s boyfriend that send a female heart a-flutter.

Demographics

The survey was conducted over the 2nd and 3rd of September 2013 and 1,077 people completed a private web-based questionnaire, but as with August, goo Ranking have still not got round to adding the page that contains the further demographic information. Note that the score in the results refers to the relative number of votes for each option, not a percentage of the total sample. Women only were asked this question.

Quite frankly, these answers make the respondents look like LINE addicts, which is probably not that far from the truth. I don’t use LINE, but recently my wife has started using Google+, but fortunately she has made no noises about wanting to communicate via Hangouts.
