Demographics

Between the 15th and 17th of May 2013 206 women aged between 20 and 49 years old completed an internet-based questionnaire. Details on how the sample was chosen was not presented, however.

I used to often drink a smoothie at a restaurant I often went to, as it included it within their set course, but then they changed the menu and it stopped coming out. Making my own smoothie seems like far too much hassle, however!

I started doing this last summer.

Of course I like to throw in anything citrus– and just a lot of fruit in general. Vegetables like carrots, however, can also add a lot of sweetness and fiber.

I would have never thought to put things like komatsuna or other leafy greens in a smoothie! I will have to try that this year :).
