(because you used the same 世論調査 for 2007 and 2005 and I could see the same topics coming back but reactions to government and the Fukushima incident (although stated plainly as 震災後) were new ones in this edition.
I once was looking for data on ijime at that site for my research paper and got quite lost.
User-friendliness is a topic that could be improved at that site.
