But I did see this article to provide some perspective on Hime and Company:

It&#039;s a company of 6 women that telemarkets cosmetics and similar products.

#5 In order to go to &quot;race to stores to hunt for bargains&quot; they can take half-days off and then bring the shopping bags to work and talk about what they bought as compared to previously, they&#039;d have to hide their shopping bags in lockers out of guilt after taking half-days off to go shopping.

#12 Breaking up is like being sick (and I assume affects productivity). Women aged 24 and younger can take 1 day off a year, 25-29 can take 2 days off a year, and 30+ can take 3 days off a year.

Paid leave.

It sounds like the CEO of that company communicates with her staff and tries to accommodate things to make their working life and working experience with the company more positive.]]></description>
