Steveｎ, I suspect that it won&#039;t do their toes or bunions much good, and many seem to have their wee toes bent to a 45 degree angle from too tight shoes. Goodness only knows what it does to their knees or legs or pelvis even in the long term! Watch the next young Japanese woman in heels - if it&#039;s not pigeon toes, they can&#039;t balance and twist their ankles and/or never straighten their knees - knees forward, bum back to keep their balance. It is a rareity to see someone walking normally. Or it&#039;s observer bias as I forget the proper walkers but remember those with all the grace of a baby giraffe]]></description>
