I&#039;ve worked at several law offices before, and the general concensus is that besides in digital form, all documents need to be archived in physical form. The fax machine was the single most used machine in every law office I&#039;ve seen. Computers and coffee machines made a close second and third, of course. Especially in law, the rule is to inform every involved party of any development in whatever case is being worked on. Often times, that&#039;s two private individuals, two law offices and the local law court. so at least four faxes would be sent everytime a document is produced.]]></description>
