		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m surprised there were no questions about letting people pass you when you are a slow driver. People were absolutely terrible about doing that in California, but sometimes I wish people would let cars pass a little more often around here. 

Another thing, after talking to a lot of Japanese on the subject, I&#039;ve realized that braking on the toll roads is not a good thing. I guess it&#039;s rude to brake too often (I&#039;ve seen people literally riding their brakes in Caliornia though). 

Also, when I came to Japan about 6 or 7 years ago, I noticed people using their emergency lights to indicate they were going to start parking... I&#039;ve hardly seen that at all recently. I always thought that was a very curteous thing to do.]]></description>
