Quite a few of these are begging the question. “Why do they do this, just because ?” Most of the others can be explained by realizing that humans are just animals like any others. So the answer is “because if they show weakness, their rivals will kill them or drive them off and claim mating rights to their females.” Whether of not they still apply in modern society, the instincts are still there.

That’s funny, I heard that women in Japan are easy and submissive, and the men are perverted and live with their parents till 30.

im so ecstatic to go to Japan ^o^ its gonna be so hard only dating one or two japanese guys…also only sleeping with 2 max >.<

ive met japanese guys i disliked, but the ones i like i really like ^o^ i wish they had porn for ppl like me though sometimes i dont want to have to chat to get naked japanese guys while waiting to go to Japan…D: im not attracted to other asian guys anymore so~i wish they had softcore porn for me to watch

Oh man.. the funny thing is i don’t think very many of them are specific to Japanese men, i hear women in the US complain about most of these all the time.
1. DUH.
4/1 this might be a Japanese-specific problem where the majority of socializing is with a romantic/dating intent
4/2 Actually iy’s the opposite.. that’s how men REALLY talk, we just tone it down when you’re around, woman. Also, testosterone
8. This seems self-evident.. we don’t want to commit to something if we don’t know what commitments are required
12. One word… “unimportant”.
13 Why do you get touchy when we ask if you’ve put on weight etc?
14 I prefer women without heavy makeup, but not because of vulnerability, I want to see what the woman ACTUALLY looks like, not her skill at falsifying her appearance
15. Don’t you hate it when women stare at us when we’re together? Apparently you don’t want us going to parties when you’re not around and getting attention from other women, couldn’t you answer this yourself?

Very interesting that the pretty/not pretty answer is tied… I guess maybe this shows more how loaded the answers were, rather than having them be write-in choices.
