		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve noticed on a couple of tv shows that bread gets special billing in Japanese food culture. I wonder if there&#039;s any particular reason? Brits have learned to love it from the French, Americans see it as the thing impeding the meat and cheese, the Swiss will coat it in anything as long as it&#039;s stale... but the Japanese, they see it as a treat unto itself.]]></description>
