I have never been to Japan but as an American driver, I know that “slightly over to way over the limit” would be the biggest piece of the pie!

Anyone whose ever driven on Japanese highways knows that there are always some people driving 20-30kph over the posted speed.

I’ve driven a car exactly five times since I got my license in 1989, all before the turn of the century. Come to think of it, I got my license in the Swedish army, so my driving practice was actually all with six-wheeled all-terrain trucks and waist-steered tracked vehicles.

The accelerator is on the right I think, but the break and the clutch I don’t really remember which is which. And you need to pull the choke when you start so you don’t blow a gasket?
