I am in the spa industry and we are really trying to find out what internet browser the Japanese professional is using.
It seems that it is an obscure or untold secret. Do you have any idea?

Why is it odd? it comes pre-installed in every windows OS. the average PC has no idea about other browsers. they just use what they already have. that’s the ONLY reason why it’s still in the lead. if it was firefox pre-installed on every OS, they’d be number 1 without question.

“Strangely enough, 25.0% of Firefox users wanted an easily-expandable browser, but Firefox is probably the browser with the most add-ons!” … er, perhaps that’s why they’re using Firefox? It seems to me that their answers reflect the priorities for which they’ve chosen their current browser, not something they feel their current browser is lacking.

Lunascape is new to me. Pretty fascinating! Thanks for an interesting survey.
