		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t diss bean sprouts. My surprise was mostly that so many people weren&#039;t using them all the time already. They&#039;re crispy and light, and accentuate the flavour of whatever you mix them with. It&#039;s about the most versatile vegetable we got here: stir-fry, in ramen or udon, in donburi, yakisoba, salads and so on, and there&#039;s lots of side dishes you can make with them too. I&#039;d use them all the time no matter what the price.]]></description>
