She contacted my manager (I am an English teacher at GEOS) and ambushed me after work. I had only been in Japan for about 5 months and had no clue who the Hell she was and when I saw her I thought she looked like a crazy person or someone I didn’t recognize from my gym. I guess she had waited for me with her crew for about 3 or 4 hours. It was the end of the day and I was pretty tired- not so much in the mood for whatever was happening. I guess she was hoping I’d know who she was and that there’d be some tearful reunion or something. It didn’t go according to her plan, but I thought she was a very nice girl anyway.

I asked some of my adult students about her afterwards and when they said she was an idiot who didn’t know basic info (like that Obama was President of the US) I was, of course, even more embarrassed about being on her show.

Overall VERY strange experience!
