Just a heads up. The sega Megadrive and the Sega Genesis are the same machines. One is the American name and the other is the Japanese name.

My brother-in-law plays Smash Brothers on the N64 almost exclusively, the only other game he plays is a baseball one for the PS2.

Why not go to an ACTUALLY GAME SITE and then ask these question. I believe you will get completely different answers. Ones that are more relative then asking NON-gamers.

I think the PlayStation 3 is too expensive for a games console and too “gamey” for a Bluray player. I’d love to own one, but I can’t justify the cost. I imagine kids have a hard time convincing their parents to get them a PS3 when they already have a PS2, GameCube and DS.
