I read an article in Wired where they mentioned that Starbucks was getting these new Clover coffee machines. Supposedly, these machines can produce an amazing cup of coffee.

I’ve been to a few Starbucks and when I ask about this machine, the clerks just look at me funny. I guess it’s going to take some more time to get these machines rolled out to the various locations.

There are a lot of excellent coffee shops in Tokyo, especially in Shibuya and Jiyugaoka. They’re pricey, but worth it, especially if you like European-style coffee.

Starbucks is the McDonald’s of coffee shops in the States; why it’s so highly regarded here is beyond me. It’s shyte and it shows that too many people here have shyte taste in coffee. Great taste in food, but shyte taste in coffee.

Most coffee in Japan is terrible. Starbucks is the best.

In London we have much better choice and I hardly ever go to Starbucks.
