		<description>This fascinates me. I'm surprised so many people have or will bother with a Taspo card. These days, most vending machines are right outside convenience stores anyway. So you may as well just go into the shop to buy your fags. Also, judging by these results, there's not much confidence in Taspo stopping underage smoking, which is surely less of a problem than it used to be anyhow. Come to think of it, how in the world did Taspo ever get the go ahead in the first place? It's about 20 years too late, and seemingly unwanted.

I have to wonder whether Taspo could spell the end for cigarette machines. How much does their usage need to drop before they scrap them altogether?</description>
