New advertising provider!
You may have noticed that my sidebar has changed - I’ve ditched BlogAds which was just not performing for me at all, and also killed a Google skyscraper that was suffering from Google’s squeeze on the little guys, and I’ve instead joined up with AdToll to provide advertising services. I currently have available two slots; one of size 125 x 125 above the fold (usually), and one at 468 x 60 at the bottom of each post, available at a quite reasonable cost - at the moment it’s standing at about 40 cents for a projected 15,000 impressions. Please consult my rate card below for the latest prices.
In addition, my fellow blog publishers may like to take advantage of AdToll’s services, with a key feature being a modest 30% cut compared to many other advertisement brokers who charge a 50% premium for their services. If so, please click here to sign up.
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed, or check out my weekly newsletter. Thanks for visiting!

I decided to give them a try as well using your ref link. Wasn’t having too much luck converting my 125×125 buttons, so I figured it couldn’t hurt experimenting. I do like the fact that you can just plug and play their code, and customize the display. Allowed me to just drop in their code to my existing unordered list. So far, I like.

Hey, very nice, and very reasonable. I plan on signing up and advertising on your site soon to give it a try and give you some support. Seems sweet.

Thanks Louis and Koichi - Google has been exceptionally bad for the last three or four months so I want to try something else instead. The current prices are far, far, too low, but I ticked the “automatic pricing” option, so hopefully once they collect a week’s worth of data I will get a better price.
I was going to go the fully independent way, but there’s a lot of hassle involved and I don’t have advertisers knocking at my door, and the nicest thing about AdToll is they take “only” 30%. TLA and BlogAds take 50%, which is a rip-off quite frankly. Hope you find some success with them.

Signed up under your referral id. Hopefully this can deliver better than BlogAds and AdRoll.

It’s definitely very inexpensive and undervalued at the moment - you could probably charge more. Luckily, I signed up for 4 weeks for only $1.50 already, though
