		<description>I can so believe these stats. In fact, the percentage of "don't knows" are lower than I expected. In my experience, most people don't know what RAM is as compared to  hard disk capacity nor do they know their processor speed. While I totally support people not getting involved in all things geek, I imagine that not knowing these things means they don't know their computer very well when they decide to purchase it and are buying based on recommendations from a salesperson, reputation, or vague guesses. Not having enough RAM is one of the biggest reasons for instability and most people don't have a clue what it is.</description>
