Happy New Year! And a Kitty fukubukuro!
Happy New Year to all my readers! With the New Year comes the Japanese custom of 福袋, fukubukuro, a lucky grab bag of random stuff the shop couldn’t sell last year. Have you ever seen any surveys related to customer satisfaction with the contents of fukubukuro? Do most people feel that they’re getting their money’s worth or do they just do it for the fun and surprise factor and don’t care about the value angle?
I’ve always wondered about this.
