Full fat milk is loaded with saturated fat and in large quantities can raise bad cholesterol (LDL), the kind that settles in and clogs the arteries of the heart. But skimmed milk is both nutritious and healthy, unles one is lactose intolerant: it is a steady part of my daily diet. When I first tried skimmed milk 30 years ago I could not stand the taste but in the last 10 years I have come to like it. Perhaps it is an acquired taste.
I have heard some say that they they lined their stomach with milk before going to a drinking party. I do not know if this is sound advice.

How about the time factor - "when do you drink milk"? I bet you see a significant percentage of "after a soak".

Drew, I was thinking that myself as I was translating! Some people do have a habit of drinking a small mouthful of drinking vinegar, and the usual advice is to cut it with two parts water, so perhaps some people use milk instead.

Milk with vinegar? How is that even an answer? Doesn't vinegar curdle milk? 78.5 people chose that answer! Maybe that shows that on average, 1.2% of people are just clicking on random boxes?
