As part of their 85th round of Ranking Research carried out over the end of June and start of July, DIMSDRIVE Research asked 5,367 people from their monitor group what they would want to be if they change into something else for just one day.

Q: If you could change into something else for just one day, what do you think you would want to be? (Sample size=5,367)

Looking at the detailed age and sex breakdown for other interesting choices, I see the sixth most popular option for women in their twenties was to be a beautiful model. This was also the tenth most popular choice for men in the same age group, and ninth most popular for men in their thirties! The tenth most popular choice for men in their forties was an aeroplane, a rather baffling selection. The tenth most popular choice for men in their fifties was a whale, perhaps rather a dangerous thing to be around other Japanese. For women in their fifties, however, the ninth most popular choice was wind. A few people of various ages replied that they were fine the way they currently were, although a few women in their sixties wanted to be themselves young again.
